"We chose Vows Including Pets after hearing about them from a friend and I cannot thank them enough. We had a Meet and Greet prior to confirming our booking which was great because it was clear from this that the doggies are very much part of the home when they stay with them, the communication was excellent and it made our day to have our little Ripley come along for some photos. She was picked up and dropped off exactly when Pauline said she would be giving us one less thing to worry about. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough, so much so that we will be using Ramoth Pet Retreat (their other business) for any stays Ripley needs in the future."

"From the minute we met Pauline we knew Luna and Archie would be loved and cared for, as much as we love them. The service VIP have is amazing from collection, regular updates of them settled, taken to our wedding venue, back home to Pauline's home (where their sofas had space for 2 lazy ones lol) and then dropped off home the next day. I would highly recommend for anyone thinking of VIP to go for it, my 2 had a ball. We will definitely be using their sister company Ramoth Pet Retreat very soon. Thank you"

"We chose Vows Including Pets after reading the great reviews on their page. We had two meet and greets with Pauline at her home with our two fur babies to try and familiarise them with her home before their stay. Pauline and her husband were great with our dogs and really made us feel at ease leaving them for two nights in their care. We got regular updates and photos on how they were settling in. They were also fab with them at our wedding and working alongside the photographers to capture the special moment of having them there. I would highly recommend this service and wouldn’t hesitate to use Vows Including Pets again. Thanks again, Mr and Mrs Taylor"

"Pauline was amazing while we had to constantly postpone during the pandemic prompt pick up as planned they had the girls groomed and brought to the venue for pictures and they were so well looked after! Cannot recommend them enough!

"I wanted to surprise my new husband on our wedding day with having the dogs attend our big day. I wasn’t sure where to start or if it was even possible, I didn’t want to seem like I was asking too much of someone. Pauline was absolutely incredible. She made our pups feel like they were part of her home and anything we discussed was no problem at all, making suggestions and being super helpful.
Her skills in keeping the dogs calm on the day and preparing them was superb. I honestly cannot thank Vows Including Pets enough. I was nervous leaving my boy as we haven’t been a night without him but Pauline really put me at ease and I had absolutely nothing to worry about. They went above and beyond to keep our little secret and was in ninja mode on the day so not to be spotted!
Our beloved pets were taken such good care of and had an absolute ball on their wee holiday. I will be recommending to anyone and everyone who has fur babies they adore because they are in such good hands. The dogs arrival on our day was such a surprise for everyone and was an emotional moment for more than just my new husband! Excellent service, professional but also loving and caring for our beloved pets.

"Was so nervous to leave my girls with a stranger as they’ve only ever been left with limited family.
From the minute I met Pauline I knew this was the right choice and they’d be okay. Within hours of them leaving us we had pictures and videos showing how settled they were.
Wedding day arrived and I didn’t have to give them a second thought, as soon as the service was over Pauline was on hand with the girls all dressed up and ready for photos!
Can’t recommend you enough VIP! The girls loved every minute of their stay xxx"

"What can I say about this service?? I have never left our puppy since we got him, and with being from England and all our family at our wedding, we were stuck for what to do with our Vinny. I read about this service which is something I have never heard of before and OMG just WOW!!
Our Vinny was collected from a location of our choice and taken to be part of someone else’s family for a few days. He came along on the day for pics and was the star of the show!! Pauline and Andy were so accommodating and took great pics themselves. Vinny has been so well looked after and made new friends along the way 💙
The framed pic and paw wax melts were such a nice touch 😊 could not recommend enough! X"
